Refund & Return Policy

All SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product and due to the Health & Beauty Act, we are not allowed to receive any products back. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Order cancellations/changes must be made within 24 hours of purchase. There will be a $150 restock fee for the inconvenience. There will be no refunds on any sale or discounted units. 

Returns and Exchanges are not accepted unless a mistake has been made on our behalf.  WIGS are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Returns are only accepted if there has been a mistake made on our behalf. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We will gladly accept the wig back in its original state. 

SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH BILLING ADDRESS. If failure to do so your order will be completely canceled and refunded.  

You MUST agree to all Product terms and conditions when purchasing a Unit.

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CREDIT CARD FRAUD

We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud. When you make a purchase you are agreeing to be the authorized user for the card used during checkout. Offenders will be turned over to a collection agency.
