What Is A Custom Wig?

A custom Wig is constructed based on your head measurements to fit you. Custom Wigs are NOT one size fits all. Please check out the 

How Long Will My Wig Last? 

With proper care and maintenance, your wig can last 5+ years. Please treat this hair as your own. Excessive heat and/or color can/or will result in the reduction of its natural pattern of hair. 

How Long Does it Take to receive my Custom Wig? 

It takes 2-3 business days for processing and additional 14-21 business days for the unit to be completed. Once the wig is fully completed you will receive a tracking number.

How many bundles do I need? 

For bundles of 12”-14” inches you will need 2 bundles.

For bundles 16”-22” inches, you will need 3 bundles.

For bundles 24” inches and above you will need 4 bundles.

Can I provide my own hair to get a wig made? 

Yes, We provide Bring Your Own Bundles and Bring Your Own Wig service, but you are responsible for any shipping fees.

 

What Is your Return/Exchange policy? 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product and due to the Health & Beauty Act, we are not allowed to receive any products back. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL refunds will not be issued. Wigs cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

Returns are only accepted if there has been a mistake made on our behalf. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We will gladly accept the wig back in its original state.

Do You Offer Rush Orders?

Yes, we offer rush orders for a fee. 

Are Your Wigs Glueless?

Yes, all wigs by Laced By Honey are completely glue-less. 

Laced By Honey is NOT responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing, please be sure to properly measure your head.
