What Is A Custom Wig?

A custom Wig is constructed based on your head measurements to fit you. Custom Wigs are NOT one size fits all. Wigs By Shanell is NOT responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing, please be sure to properly measure your head.

How Long Will My Wig Last?

With proper care and maintenance, your wig can last 3+ years. Please treat this hair as your own. Excessive heat and/or color can/or will result in the reduction of its natural pattern of hair. 

How Long Does it Take to receive my Custom Wig? 

For custom wigs It takes 2-3 business days for processing and additional 14-21 business days for the unit to be completed. Once the wig is fully completed you will receive a tracking number. 

 For Supply Your Own Wig/ Supply your own Bundles 

Do I need to provide measurements? 

Yes, For custom Wig Units you will need to provide custom measurements for Custom Units Only. Ready To Ship Units comes in standard sizes and will not need measurements. 

 

How many bundles do I need?  

For bundles of 12-16 inches you will need 2-3 bundles.

For bundles 18-22 inches, you will need 3-4 bundles.

For bundles 24 inches and above you will need 4-5 bundles. 

Can I provide my own hair to get a wig made? 

Yes, We provide BYOB service, but you are responsible for any shipping fees.

 

Do You offer Rush orders? 

No, at this time we do not offer rush orders.

 

Are Your Wigs Glue-Less?

Yes, Wigs By Shanell Wigs are completely glue-less.
